Just finished first job of the season. A repaint of a metal roof at a fourplex. The roof had been previously painted about 10 years ago. After the snow melted, we prepped the roof by tightening all the screws, caulking all cracks and holes, scraping peeling paint and sanding the scraped spots to smooth out the edges. The next step was primer over the problem areas and bare metal. Many sweeps and blows later it was sprayed in about 6 hours over two days. The roof was about 5200 sq ft of surface area.
The weather was nice for the entire job which took about 3 and half days. A great start to the season for sure. The owner was very happy with job in the end. It went fast and smooth. Just how we like it.

Spraying the steep pitch of the metal roof. It was an athletic day for sure.
