Big thank you to all the awesome customers I had this year. So great to work with all of you and make your houses extra nice. I worked more than ever this season and met many cool people in the process. We are now closing off bids for exteriors this season since we are maxed out. We are still taking bids for interiors though so if anyone wants to get on the schedule for winter give us a ring and let's get it done ! Exteriors are also being scheduled for Spring 2018 so the sooner you book the better. Hope everyone had a good summer : ) thanks
Just a reminder to everyone that I've closed work down for this year. I will be starting the 2017 season by March 15. But anyone can feel free to contact me by phone/ email to schedule an estimate for next year. Also, a reminder that the phone # for Jesse Bonin Painting has officially changed ...again : ) New number is 504-858-1236.
I had a great few months on vacation while Tahoe got pounded with snow for the winter season. I visited friends and family, did some snowboarding and rock climbing. It was quite a treat after a long work season. But now I'm back, and I'm ready to ROCK N ROLL. Even though it's winter, don't be shy about getting those jobs scheduled for the Spring/Summer. It never hurts to get on our schedule sooner than later. Plus, there's always those inside jobs that are great projects for winter. Anyways, I hope everyone had fun on the holidays and I look forward to another year of painting in my favorite place on earth. Call 530-307-9203 and schedule your FREE estimate. Thanks and have a good one!!
With winter right around the corner, the painting season is over for JBP. Typically my work season stretches from mid March till November. From November till March is the official off season. Sorry for the inconvenience but the phones for JBP will be off from now until March 15th. Anyone who wants to schedule an estimate, a service call, has a question, or a painting job will have to do so through email at [email protected] or use the contact form on this website. All work and estimates will be scheduled for the 2016 painting season.
Thank you to all my customers from this year. JBP appreciates the business and working with great people. Everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving, a Merry Christmas, and a great New Year. See ya next season. It's another fine work season here in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. I've been working my butt off doing what I do. Some exteriors, some interiors, and just a little bit of everything. Recently, I've had the pleasure of working for some really nice people. It's always a really good work environment when the customers communicate with you and are genuinely interested in the work you're doing. It definitely makes us here at Jesse Bonin Painting step up our game and go above and beyond the call of duty.
We are staying busy as usual here which is nice but there is still lots of room in the schedule for more projects. If you got painting that you want done before the snow flies ( if it ever does again), then don't wait. Call 530-307-9203 for a free estimate and get your project on our calendar. What's this blog about? hmmmm not much I suppose, just a reminder to give me a call and keep me painting. To make it interesting, if you wonder what Jesse Bonin Painting does when we're not working. Well, we mostly rock climb, go bouldering, rides bikes, hang at the beach, and we love backpack trips into Desolation Wilderness. There's a little lagniappe for the day. So I hope everyone's enjoying their summer and I'll leave you with this picture. I was snooping around youtube on the many rainy days here in South Lake Tahoe and came across this guy. I thought this was impressive to watch and decided to share it.
New phone number for the 2015 painting season. My new contact number is 530-307-9203. Spring is here! The schedule will start to fill up quick for the summer painting season here in Lake Tahoe so call now to get a free estimate.
A friend had this old end table he used all the time in his living room. It was kinda worn down looking. Had some finish worn off, burn holes, scratches and smudges. He asked me if I would re do it for him so I did. I took some pictures of the process and the color change.
Just finished first job of the season. A repaint of a metal roof at a fourplex. The roof had been previously painted about 10 years ago. After the snow melted, we prepped the roof by tightening all the screws, caulking all cracks and holes, scraping peeling paint and sanding the scraped spots to smooth out the edges. The next step was primer over the problem areas and bare metal. Many sweeps and blows later it was sprayed in about 6 hours over two days. The roof was about 5200 sq ft of surface area. The weather was nice for the entire job which took about 3 and half days. A great start to the season for sure. The owner was very happy with job in the end. It went fast and smooth. Just how we like it. Fresh off my winter break and I am back and ready for another work season in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, CA. Looks like I came back to a bit of rainy and snowy conditions. This will give me some time to dust off those old hand tools, do some maintanance on the spray rig, and re organize my office for the upcoming summer season. I'm excited for another year of adding color and life to all the awesome homes here in Tahoe. If you're ready to get that paint project going for the 2014 summer, call today to get scheduled for a free estimate 530-307-2421.
